  • Previous medical records, if any

  • Employee/organization authorization letter (if applicable)


How Our Cashless Process Works

  1. Admission & Verification – Present your insurance card or details at the help desk.

  2. Pre-authorization – Our team submits your treatment estimate to the TPA for approval.

  3. Treatment – Once approved, you receive cashless hospitalization as per your policy coverage.

  4. Discharge & Settlement – The final bill is sent to the insurer/TPA for payment directly to the hospital.
